Your story matters.
Even if you haven't "made it" yet.
If you're struggling to find your way, you’re not alone. It’s more than discovering your “why,” your passion or purpose.
To feel confident in your pursuit, you need to “zoom out,” see the big picture, own your story and take responsibility for your life moving forward.
I promise, a major breakthrough lies at the end of this exciting journey.
I've lived in 3 of America’s most intense cities (Washington, D.C., New York City and now, Los Angeles). The more people I meet and talk to, the more I realize how similar we all really are.
The Buddha said: life is suffering.
The choice you have to make is whether or not you’ll allow that suffering to be the main theme of your story.
When you leave this earth, will people remember you for your suffering or will they remember you for your strength and triumph?
We all want the same things: to be seen, to be heard, and to be understood.
My mission is to change the mindset of anyone and everyone willing to listen.
I’ve watched so many friends and people I care about deal with depression and anxiety, and at times I’ve found myself dealing with it as well. There was a major suicide problem at my high school and many kids overdosed on drugs.
I grew up so confused by this, so I believe it’s fitting that I’ve made it my mission to change it.
We all have the power to turn our lives around starting today. It’s up to us to make the choice (and commit to the choice knowing it could be an everyday battle).
Thank you for joining me. I’m so honored to have you along for the ride!
